While I haven't gotten mine tested via DEXA (the only truly accurate way besides a dunk test) I am fond of this calculator, which isn't accurate, but is reasonably precise. My second point is that I doubt you have a 22% bf, simply because that would be very low for someone of our weight and height. Once you figure out how many calories you burn, you eat less than that-PCOS means that you eat less than I would, but your body will respond to CICO just like anyone else's. Still, that's not your TDEE, which is anywhere from 200 to 700 calories higher, depending on how much time you spend sitting, walking, standing, running, etc. From my limited understanding of PCOS, it means that you have an easier time gaining weight and a harder time losing weight, because your body is more efficient than someone without PCOS-I might be the exact same weight and height as you (for real) and my BMR is 1402 calories a day (for age 20).īecause you have PCOS, your BMR might be a few hundred calories lower, 1200 say. TL DR: Am on an EC stack, wondering if I'm missing anything by not adding yohimbine or aspirin. Has anyone else done an ECY/ECA? Did the yohimbine or aspirin really help, more so than just an EC? I'd be curious to hear people's experiences. I discontinued it when I started with EC. I have some yohimbine and have been supplementing with it for months, but at a low dose. I've thought about ECA, but I've heard aspirin prolongs ephedrine's effects, and it already is lasting more than long enough. I had initially intended to do an ECY stack, but this study makes it sound like that might cause unnecessary cardiac stress, and the EC alone seems to be enough. I try to pace my caffeine throughout the day so the effect is more gradual, but I definitely notice the synergistic effects of the two. I slowly ramped up my ephedrine dosage and am at 25 mg, twice a day. I ended up choosing an ephedrine/caffeine stack. I did some research because I was initially interested in clenbuterol, but I thought it sounded dangerous (or at least uncomfortable). I've recently started a cut, and because I have an endocrine issue (PCOS) that makes it hard for me to lose weight, I decided to supplement my lifting/cardio routine.
